I do like the game worlds and there are some really fun ideas here, but the rules can be a bit of a mess once you're actually playing. Some things just aren’t explained clearly enough, which gets frustrating at the table. It’s still enjoyable, to be fair, but it could really use a smoother design.

I don’t know, maybe I just had bad timing, but the shipping was painfully slow. I kept checking the tracking, then forgetting about it, then remembering again like, wait, where is my order? By the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed enough that I wouldn’t trust them with something I actually needed on time.

I really wanted to love this book, and the ideas inside are cool, so maybe my expectations were just too high? But for the price, the physical copy I got felt a bit cheaper than I was hoping.
The pages in my copy looked kind of dull, and some of the artwork came out darker than I think it was supposed to. The binding also doesn’t feel especially sturdy, which made me wonder if it’ll hold up after being used a bunch.

For a game that looks this nice conceptually, I just expected the production quality to match a little better. Maybe other copies are better, but mine was disappointing enough that I’m not sure I’d fully recommend it.

I reached out to customer service expecting a simple answer, but it took way too long to get a proper reply. When they finally got back to me, it didn’t really solve the issue, which was frustrating. I do enjoy their games, but the support experience left me disappointed.

I wouldn’t say the prices are the lowest I’ve seen, but the books do feel worth what you pay. The print quality is really nice, and having the PDF bundles included is super helpful. My only real complaint is that the shipping cost was a little higher than I expected, so it’s not a perfect deal, but overall I’m happy with the purchase.
